Heidi Roizen - Meaningful Work & Relationships

Heidi Roizen is recognized as one of the world’s greatest connectors. Harvard Business School wrote a case study on her because of her networking prowess. According to Heidi, “The true path to happiness is to have meaningful work and meaningful relationships.” Beyond her many accomplishments, she became one of the first female Silicon Valley CEOs when she co-founded T/Maker in 1983 and served as its CEO for over a dozen years until its acquisition by Deluxe Corporation.

Today, Heidi is a partner at leading technology venture firm Threshold Ventures. She is also a corporate director for DMGT (LSE:DMGT), Invitation Homes (NYSE:INVH), Planet, Upside Foods, Lumity, and Polarr. In addition, Heidi is the co-lead of Stanford’s Threshold Venture Fellows Program in the management science and engineering department at Stanford University and serves on the advisory councils of the Stanford Institute for Human-Centered Artificial Intelligence (HAI) and Stanford Technology Ventures (STVP).
